Born 2004, Briosa is an excellent choice for a reasonably priced future dressage, pleasure and show prospect. She is sired by Astuto out of Supresa Amorosa (Inmortal out of Aerial). Her dam, “Ami,” is a beautiful, playful mare, well trained for pleasure and dressage. Ami is owned by Terri Knaup, our trainer’s assistant and our good friend. Whenever we want to give a newcomer the “Andalusian” experience, we let them ride Ami (who isn’t for sale) and they instantly fall in love with everything about Andalusians!! Briosa is a secure, bold filly with excellent movement and a take charge personality. She is easy to handle and has had all the proper ground training that will direct her for her future as a performance and pleasure horse. She is of Spanish and Portuguese bloodlines and registered with the IALHA.
